Champakali is a Bengali based sweet made with chenna / fresh paneer. These are similar to rasgulla but a little more delicious with extra flavoring, color, stuffing with kova and nuts garnishes. Traditionally these champakali are prepared like oval shape rasgullas stuffed with malai / khoya / mawa topped with nuts.
